- Travelling by car: Coming from Salzburg (A10) or Vienna, leave the A2 Südautobahn at the Pörtschach West exit. After leaving the motorway, turn left towards Pörtschach and immediately afterwards turn right again; drive through the railway underpass and you will find the entrance to the Seehotel Wallerwirt on your left.

Booking information
Everything you need to know
- Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
- We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am to ensure a smooth check-in for the next guest.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations and changes to bookings will only be accepted in writing!
Seasons A+B (winter and late autumn): up to 7 days before arrival
Seasons C+D (spring and early autumn): up to 14 days before arrival
Season E (summer: peak season): up to 30 days before arrival
Recharge your batteries: Directly opposite the Werzer Seehotel Wallwirt (approx. 350 m), you’ll find three Smatrics electric charging points (alpitronic – hypercharger HYC 200 or 400 kW) at the Billa car park.
- Please note that dogs are only permitted in a few select rooms at our hotel. Therefore, please state in your enquiry that you intend to bring a dog with you. Dogs may only be brought along once you have received written confirmation from us.
- In any case, please contact our reservations team in advance.
- The charge per dog per night is €32 (excluding food). During your stay, we will provide a dog bed and a water bowl. Please understand that beds, sofas and armchairs are not intended as seating or sleeping areas for your pet. Depending on the level of soiling, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of €150.
- At the hotel, you are welcome to bring your dog into the bar area, designated areas of the lakeside restaurant and onto the bar terrace. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the entire lake-side wellness & spa area. Please remember that dogs must be kept on a lead on the premises and in the street.

- Please note that single occupancy is available during the high season at the double room rate.
- For single occupancy during the low season, we reserve the right to charge a supplement.

Nature meets timeless design. Following a lovingly carried out refurbishment, we are delighted to present the rooms in a completely new design that creates a harmonious blend of nature and contemporary comfort. Warm earth tones run through the design, creating a cosy, inviting atmosphere. The natural materials lend the rooms character and warmth. Clean lines and an open shelving structure ensure a pleasant sense of order without appearing cold. A particular highlight is the wall design in soft, natural colours, which gives the feeling of being right in the heart of nature.
