Jobs in tourism and the hospitality industry remain highly sought-after. No wonder, given that they offer a particularly appealing and varied working environment with exciting prospects. As a training organisation, we look forward every year to inspiring young people to pursue careers in the hospitality industry, taking them under our wing and encouraging them in their development and beyond.
Over the course of three years, you’ll be trained to become a rock star in the kitchen. During your training, you’ll learn everything a professional chef needs to know: from purchasing ingredients to preparing hot and cold dishes. When creating menus, your creativity will be put to the test – and when calculating costs, your ‘kitchen maths’.
What we’re looking for:

You’ll be the entertainer for our guests and, over the course of three years, you’ll become a service professional. In the Werzers restaurants, bars and at events, you’ll make every guest’s visit a memorable experience. During your training, you’ll learn how to serve professionally, advise and look after our guests, impress them with flambé techniques, create food and drinks menus, and be trained in billing.

You’ll get to know every area of a hotel: whether it’s housekeeping, front-of-house, the kitchen or reception – after three years, you’ll be a hotel professional. You’ll ensure our guests feel at home, both in front of and behind the scenes. You can put your creativity to the test in marketing and your aptitude for numbers in administration. You can also demonstrate your organisational skills in the banqueting department and your communication skills in the reservations team.

Our staff therefore have unrestricted access to the 2,000 m² Werzers See-SPA. To give our team even more flexibility in managing their time, the state-of-the-art fitness room can be used at any time of the day. Whether before or after work: here, they can recharge their batteries at any time.

The following groups of people are eligible for family benefits: parents, grandparents, children, siblings, spouses and partners.
F&B discounts for families can only be claimed in the presence of the employee.
The family discount in the F&B area applies exclusively at the “Anna W.” restaurant and the Bootshaus, and is limited to once a year for a table of up to 4 people.
Rooms and wellness treatments are always subject to request and subject to availability.
