A few days off at Lake Wörthersee

• Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
• We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am to ensure a smooth check-in for the next guest.

We’d be happy to book a SPA & (Beach) and/or late check-out for your room for an additional charge, subject to availability. This extension allows you to use the full facilities of the See-SPA (including pools, saunas, relaxation rooms and the fitness room), a beach bag equipped with towels and bathrobes, and, of course, a towel exchange.  Parking is also included. In summer, full use of the sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasols is also included.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations and changes to bookings will only be accepted in writing!

Seasons A+B (winter and late autumn): up to 7 days before arrival

Season C+D (spring and early autumn): up to 14 days before arrival

Season E (summer: peak season): up to 30 days before arrival

Please refer to your individual quote for detailed cancellation charges.

The cancellation policy also applies to late arrival and early departure.
Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total price.
Any cancellations must be made in writing. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

• We reserve the right to charge a surcharge for spaces in the hotel’s underground car park (height: 2.1 metres).
  There is a car park right next to the hotel, which is available to you free of charge.
• There are 6 electric charging points in the hotel’s underground car park, which are available to our guests.
  Charges will be added to your hotel bill.

• Please note that dogs are only permitted in a few select rooms at our hotel. Therefore, please state in your enquiry that you intend to bring a dog with you. Dogs may only be brought along once you have received written confirmation from us.
• In any case, please contact our reservations team in advance (resort@werzers.at; Tel.: +43 4272 2231-0) in advance.
• The charge per dog per night is €40 (excluding food). During your stay, we will provide a dog bed and a water bowl. Please note that beds, sofas and armchairs are not intended as seating or sleeping areas for your pet. Depending on the level of soiling, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of €150.
• At the hotel, you are welcome to bring your dog into the bar area, designated areas of the lakeside restaurant and onto the bar terrace. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the entire lake-side wellness & spa area or in the children’s play area. Please remember that dogs must be kept on a lead on the premises and in the street.
• The designated dog-friendly rooms are all located on the ground floor of the resort, as these have parquet flooring. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions to our rules regarding the size or breed of the dog.

• Please note that single occupancy of a double room is available at the double room rate during the high season.
• For single occupancy during the low season, we reserve the right to charge a supplement.
• We do, of course, have family rooms fitted with a connecting door.
