wellness treatment or purchase at the bar or in the restaurant, you’ll earn
loyalty points. We also appreciate your feedback via our questionnaire
as a token of our thanks. If you take a little time after your departure to provide us with feedback,
we’ll thank you with extra points. The same applies to recommendations
to your friends and family. Points collected can be redeemed directly in the Bonus Club for the listed
accommodation and wellness services.

Every stay with us at Werzers Hotels is rewarded. This means that every night’s accommodation, spa treatment and purchase added to your total bill counts. We also value your feedback via our questionnaire as a token of our appreciation. If you take a little time after your departure to provide us with feedback, we’ll thank you with extra points. The same applies to recommendations to your friends and family. Points collected can be redeemed for all packages and services offered in the Bonus Club.

 

An overview

Registration: 5 points

Accommodation | Wellness | F&B : 3% of turnover (if included on the total bill; max. 250 points)

Recommendation: 25 points (only counts once the recommended guest has arrived)

Review form: 10 points

Birthday: 10 points (expire after 1 year)

A valid email address is required to collect points and to take part in all other BonusClub activities.
This must also match the email address provided at the time of booking.
Points cannot be added retrospectively if the email address is registered after the stay, i.e. after departure.

With the exception of the birthday bonus, accumulated bonus points do not expire.

In the Bonus Club, you will find all the package deals and offers, as well as the products and services for which you can redeem your collected points. It is not possible to redeem points via the website’s own package deals page, nor is it possible to combine them with other promotions.

You can update your details at any time via the BonusClub. To do so, please log in to the Bonus Programme using your registered email address and password.
