The best things are often closer than you think! Despite our idyllic location right on the beautiful Lake Wörthersee, we have excellent transport links. You can reach us easily and directly via various routes. It is also possible to travel by plane (Klagenfurt Airport is approx. 20 km away). We can organise a transfer for you on request.
Travelling by car
Coming from Salzburg (A10) or Vienna, leave the A2 Südautobahn at the Pörtschach West exit.
After the motorway exit, turn left towards Pörtschach and follow the main road.
Just before you leave the town, turn left onto Annastraße/Koschatweg and then right onto Werzerpromenade.
Train or plane
Pörtschach railway station is just a few hundred metres from the Werzers Hotel Resort. We’d be happy to collect you from there free of charge.
We’d also be happy to organise a transfer for you from Klagenfurt railway station (approx. 16 km away) or Villach railway station (approx. 23 km away).
Are you travelling by plane? We’d be happy to arrange a pick-up directly from Klagenfurt Airport (approx. 20 km away).
