The best things are often closer than you think! Despite our idyllic location right on the beautiful Lake Wörthersee, we have excellent transport links. You can reach us easily and directly via various routes. It is also possible to travel by plane (Klagenfurt Airport is approx. 20 km away). We can organise a transfer for you on request.

Travelling by car

Coming from Vienna (A2) , leave the A2 Südautobahn at the Pörtschach West exit. After leaving the motorway, first turn left towards Pörtschach, then right onto Klagenfurter Str. (B83) and finally left again.

Coming from the direction of Salzburg (A10), take the Pörtschach exit on the A2 Südautobahn. Then turn left onto the B83 (signposted for Pörtschach/Moosburg/St. Martin a/Techelsberg) and, after a few metres, turn slightly right towards Töschling.

The Töschling railway station is just a few hundred metres from Werzer’s Seehotel Wallerwirt. We’d be happy to pick you up from there free of charge.

We’d also be happy to organise a transfer for you from Klagenfurt railway station (approx. 16 km away) or Villach railway station (approx. 23 km away).
