For us, regionality is not a trend, but a conviction. That is why many of our products come from long-standing partners in the local area. Milk and cheese from Carinthian alpine pastures, freshly caught fish from local waters, meat from responsibly reared livestock, and vegetables from small local farms. We maintain close partnerships with local producers who are just as committed to quality, animal welfare and sustainable agriculture as we are.
This collaboration not only strengthens the regional economic cycle, but also guarantees freshness, flavour and transparency on every plate.
Alpe-Adria cuisine
Under the guidance of Executive Resort Head Chef Helmut Leitner, our team transforms high-quality ingredients into culinary delights. Alpe-Adria – a culinary bridge. Alongside the regional Alpine roots of our cuisine, we deliberately incorporate Mediterranean influences into our dishes. Selected produce from the Alpe-Adria region – such as fine olive oils from Istria, aromatic herbs from Friuli or fresh fish straight from the Adriatic – brings a southern zest for life and a sense of lightness to the plate.

Enjoy the fresh bread and pastries, let fresh fruit and vegetables awaken your taste buds, and help yourself to your heart’s content from the extensive cheese and cold meat buffet. There’s also a varied selection for lovers of sweet spreads and desserts. And, of course, egg specialities are a must.

Pure enjoyment all round
Your culinary day begins with a sumptuous breakfast buffet and culminates in the evening with an exquisite 4-course+ menu. You can help yourself to starters, salads and soups from the buffet at your leisure, whilst the main course – with a choice of three options – and the dessert are served fresh at your table. If you book in advance, we’re also happy to serve vegan dishes and special dietary requirements. Of course, the children won’t be left out when it comes to the food either.
