Yoga by the lake
Breathe in. Breathe out. Take a deep breath.
Breathing exercises, asanas and meditation amidst Carinthia’s natural scenery will help you reconnect with your inner self. As a guest at our hotel, you can enjoy exclusive yoga sessions during the summer months – either firmly grounded on the hotel’s own beach with spectacular lake views, or as a balanced SUP yoga session on the water.
The region is also home to a real highlight: the annual NAMASTE AM SEE Yoga Festival is regarded as one of the greatest three-day yoga events in Europe and brings together a unique community right by the water.
Cold bathing
From that first tingle of excitement to a sense of inner peace
Cold and ice bathing is more than just a trend – it’s an experience.
The benefits of cold bathing
Cold bathing is a centuries-old method that revitalises both body and mind. The transition into cold water stimulates the cardiovascular system and promotes blood circulation, whilst the sudden cold activates the metabolism. At the same time, cold bathing strengthens the immune system, as the body learns to adapt better to changing temperatures through exposure to the cold. As well as the physical benefits, immersing oneself in cold water also contributes to mental strength: overcoming the initial shock of the cold promotes self-discipline and instils a deep sense of calm and serenity. Regular cold bathing can also reduce stress and enhance general well-being. It combines natural regeneration with a mindful experience that provides lasting energy.
Experienced trainer Elisabeth Stefaner / (c)livingselfness guides you safely and sensitively – step by step into the deep end.

Pump Foil
New water-based trend sport
Take off completely weightlessly – without any wind, waves or motor! With Pump Foil, you conquer the water using nothing but the power of your own legs. By ‘pumping’ rhythmically on the board, the high-tech fin generates dynamic lift underwater, allowing you to glide silently and at lightning speed across the surface. A fascinating combination of balance, fitness and the pure sensation of flying.
